As a crew laborer, you will engage in a variety of projects, from pole sheds to luxury homes, ensuring that each structure meets the high standards set by the company. You will be responsible for tasks such as digging and installing footings, setting posts, nailing girts, setting trusses, installing purlins and roofing materials, framing out and installing windows and doors, and affixing siding with metal trims.
