Carpenter

We are looking to hire full-time, year round rough and finish carpenters to join our team full-time as soon as this coming week. We have projects throughout the greater Madison and Dane County area that are looking to bring on experienced,, skilled carpenters. Finish carpenters on our project will focus on duties ranging from hanging, setting, and installing cabinets, windows, doors, trim, baseboards, hardware, and various molding. Rough carpenters will work on a variety of projects framing with anything from wood, steel stud, or pre fab walls. Pay can range between $20-$35 per hour to start (experience dependent) and ispaid weekly.We offer full dental, health, vision, and medical insurance as well as access to additional benefits. The Carpenter is responsible for performing skilled carpentry work in the repair, restoration, and preservation of commercial and residential properties damaged by water, fire, vehicle impact, and other building disasters. This role requires consistent use of high-level carpentry techniques, adherence to safety standards, effective time management, and the ability to handle emergency on-call duties with professionalism and efficiency. Requirements Job Knowledge and Technical Skills • Perform carpentry tasks, including but not limited to demolition framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, millwork installation, and exterior finishes in a workman like manner. • Identify and use appropriate tools, equipment, and materials for various carpenter tasks. • Apply carpentry techniques to address structural damage. • Execute repairs according to engineering and design specifications.
